How honey is made:

It all begins in the field where the worker honey bee nibbles on the Flowers' anthers, detach the pollen and pack up her haul, which means collecting nectar from the flower blossom and keeping it in the special basket on her back legs called corbicula. Bees bent their legs using it to squeeze the pollen into a ball packing it together with a little saliva and nectar. One honey bee can get 160,000 pollen grains into each ball. She is hauling as much as one-third of her weight. Back at the hive, in its digestive enzymes, already nectar is processing and making two sugars called glucose and fructose, once the worker honey bee returns to the hive spits out the nectar to a processor honey bee's mouth, while spitting doesn't stop here as it spits it out this nectar to another processor honey bees mouth, this process of nectar goes down until it turns into sugar when the bee removes this watery honey from its tummy to store it to the honeycomb as it's still watery and gooey smart honey bee flies their wings on it until it turns out too thick as honey. A single honey bee only produced 1 and a half teaspoons of honey in its whole life. bees fly 55,000 miles away to produce a pound of honey by visiting 2 million flowers.

Honey is a precious gift of nature to us it's full of vitamins, and minerals and has many medicinal benefits beyond that honey has anti-microbial and healing properties linked with it.
