Declaration of sales/turnover of items: This section requires you to disclose the turnover of the entity and products for which the license is being applied, for the previous three years.

Port of Import: Mention the port where the goods will be imported.

Purpose of Import: Explain the purpose behind the import. For instance, if you're importing aluminum dross, the purpose could be recycling it to generate aluminum ingot.

Canalised Item Details: Here, indicate whether the item is being imported by a State Trading Enterprise (STE). If the item is being imported for supply to the government, you will also need to attach a copy of the recommendation and the End User Certificate.

Attachments: Any additional certificates, licenses, or documents supporting your application should be attached in this section.

Declaration: Read through the declaration thoroughly and ensure you are abiding by all the mentioned terms. After understanding and agreeing to the declaration, tick the acceptance box. Make sure you fill in the place, date, your designation, contact details, and sign off.
